The Pritzker Nanofabrication Facility (PNF) Annual Nanofabrication Image Contest (PANIC)!
The PNF wants to display compelling (and possibly amusing) images of your PNF-related work in our viewing corridor, the ERC lobby, presentations, and other materials. Therefore, each year we hold a contest soliciting submissions of images from you, the users of the PNF. A distinguished panel of judges will select the best images and honor the creators with prizes.
Eligibility
The PNF image contest is open to all PNF users, supervising principal investigators, and staff. Images must be from source work that was done in the PNF; images are not required to have been generated in the PNF. Submitting one or more images constitutes permission for the PNF to use the image(s) as described above.
Prizes
The PNF will award one $50 Amazon gift card for each of the three best images, chosen by the judges from all submissions. Awards will be announced at the annual PNF Celebration in the fall.
Your image also may be featured on the PME holiday card -- an honor that includes a monetary prize & PME swag!
Number and Format of Submissions
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you may submit any number of qualified images to the contest. Each image must be submitted using the online submission form. Please provide images with a minimum of 1200 x 600 pixels, in a standard graphics format (GIF, JPG, JPEG or PNG). Maximum image upload is 20MB.

Entrants grant the Pritzker Nanofabrication Facility a royalty-free license to use, retain, and publish, in print or any other media, their submission(s), and any portion thereof, for any reason so long as any use is credited to the name of the entrant or rights holder. Examples of use may include, but are not limited to, advertising, promotional, development, or education related purposes.
